Returns and Refund Policy

At The Vital Earth, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery. Please review the policy below for full details on how returns and refunds are handled.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the original packaging, with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Products marked Final Sale
  • Opened or used personal wellness items (e.g., pillowcases, patches, bedsheets) for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or downloadable content

How to Request a Return

Include your name, order number, and the reason for return.

We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds
