Mattress Cover FAQs

What does it feel like?

Unlike a cotton grounding sheet, the mattress cover has a smooth conductive PU surface designed for durability and easy cleaning.

Which size should I choose?

Our grounding mattress cover pad is available in standard UK bed sizes: Single, Double, King, and Super King. Choose based on your mattress dimensions to ensure proper fit and full coverage. If you're between sizes, we recommend measuring your mattress length and width, then selecting the size that matches or slightly exceeds those measurements. All sizes deliver the same grounding benefits.

Do I need direct skin contact?

Do I need direct skin contact?

No, the grounding mattress cover pad works effectively through light clothing. Many users wear it under sheets or with pajamas. For optimal results, aim for as much skin contact as possible, but the product is designed to function even with a thin layer of fabric between you and the pad.

Can I use a fitted sheet over it?

Yes, you can use the grounding mattress cover pad under a fitted sheet. Simply place your fitted sheet on the mattress first, then lay the pad on top. This works well and doesn't affect the grounding benefits. Many customers prefer this setup for easier washing and to protect the pad from direct contact with sweat and body oils.

Do I need the electricity switched on?

No. You’re using the grounding/earth connection of the socket, not power.

Is it safe?

The mattress cover is designed for indoor use with the supplied grounding cord and grounding plug. If you have a medical condition or use an implanted/electrically powered medical device, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

What if my home has no grounding?

We recommend a socket tester (optional) to confirm grounding.
